While waiting, my computer froze and crashed. I requested a refund and a confirmation email for the refund. He argued with me stating that the software isn't working because I wouldn't let him into my computer. I denied that access and demanded a refund. I called the customer service number and a guy in another country tried to remote into my computer. Then it recommended that I buy another update program for $14.95. I ran the software 2 times and each time it came back with more errors than I had originally. It is the best and I will be recommending it every chance I get!!" Stephen H.'FRAUD'Very bad system.
